It’s Sunday, which means its PAPS.
On Friday 14th December, twenty six people were murdered in Sandy Hook school in Connecticut. Twenty of those were 6 and 7 year old children. The horror of this story has broken my heart and I have been sobbing for the parents and families of those poor children who never returned home from school that day.
And then I read this post. And it made me sob for the children, those who were trapped in the school, listening as the murderer fired those devastating shots. Those terrified, helpless children. My heart broke all over again when I read the last paragraph of this post by Third Eye Mom.
The pupils and teachers at Sandy Hook, and all their families, are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope they find comfort and strength, love and courage to get through this horrendous ordeal.
